Over the years, since commencing in 2005, unicodue has become more of a family to its clients and vice versa. From Adelaide, Wollongong, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Rome, Milan, Peru, Chicago, Miami, and Belgrade, our regular clients have given us a close, loyal and happy relationship. It has been a pleasure to have been able to help you grow your businesses and help you bring your visions to fruition.
Yes, it has come to a time where I have made the decision. After many many months of reflecting on this decision, changing my mind, and being scared to let go, I have decided to sell the business.
It is not an easy decision for me, but for those of you who know my situation, you know why.
I will miss you all, and rest assured that you will be in good hands with the new owners. Although my consultancy company offers some of the services that I offered at unicodue, I will not be able to bring you with me, as part of the contract of sale.
Although I know the new owner who has bought unicodue quite well, I do not know if the same brand will be maintained, or whether the name of the business is to also stay the same, as this was a part of the agreement which I could not ensure stayed as part of negotiations.
Part of the lengthy decision to sell was also to ensure that my regular clients are able to still have similar services offered to them. The new management is structured quite differently to what I was as a sole trader, therefore some things may change, and it is entirely your decision and right whether or not to maintain relations with the future unicodue owners. Their services will consist of web site and graphic design as well as a few other services which they can offer.

To some it may come as a surprise, to others not so much. However from the bottom of my heart, thank you for always having trusted me, my decisions, and for having given me part of your business to work with and have as my own. I have respect for all of you, as I know you do for me, and I would not have been able to achieve what I did and be where I am today if it weren't for all of you.
